Refund policy
Returns will be accepted if we completely lost our minds and you received the wrong item. Everything else is exchange only and you as the customer are responsible for return postage. We wish we could offer free return shipping like Zappos, but we just aren’t that big yet- but girls can dream! Exchanges must be pursued within 10 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Personalized orders are non-refundable. You will have an opportunity to review a final proof so check everything carefully!
